The future of any organization is based upon the development of strong leaders.

We are looking for individuals who feel called to invest some of their valuable time to be discipled for the purpose of discipling.

Jesus chose people to build into over a period of time. They became the leaders of the church, ready and willing to lead the next generation of believers.

The key to Jesus' ministry was his focused time with 12 men whom he worked with to prepare them for the sharing of the message he died for. These men began to then disciple other people to become followers. This was the multiplication factor.
